AR Banking- App

Problem :
A big chunk of the International students are not aware of basic banking processes when they move to the united states. Opening Bank account, ATM withdrawal, Mobile Banking, Funds Transfer, etc.
Proposal:
Using emerging technology(AR) and industry(Banking) to solve the problem, I decided to tackle this problem by creating an app that helps students identify the best solution based on the interest. Students can consider this app as personal assistance which will help them find solutions without being biased.
Process & Solution:
Research
I undertook a research study to understand the experience of students from diverse backgrounds, on how did they choose their banks after coming to the united states. I made some in-person interviews, zoom meetings and shared them google survey. I got thirty-five respondents to participate, 78% were positive about the idea.
Ideation
After my research, I was clear I will choose a web app for my audiences. The three main learning from the survey.
Students choose a bank with low international fees since most living expenses came from overseas.
They need ATM which will charge less on their forex card.
An easy option for flywire, currently flywire takes 9 screens to transfer college fees.
